Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of one-to-one online piano lessons offered by Luis Fernando Tapia Bustos through luistapianist.com.

How to book

Bookings are made through the calendar (TidyCal). The selected time slot is temporarily held, and the place is confirmed once the secure payment is completed within 12 hours. If payment is not completed, the slot becomes available again.

Prices and payment

The prices in force are those published on each programme page at the time of purchase. Payment is handled securely by Stripe or PayPal; the owner never sees or stores card data.

• Monthly pass (1 weekly lesson): €125/month.
• Monthly pass (2 weekly lessons): €250/month.
• Single lesson: €37 per session.
• Pack of 8 sessions: €266.40 (10% discount).

Monthly pass billing is automatic. The plan can be changed or paused with at least 7 days' notice.

The lessons

Each session lasts 50 minutes, is one-to-one and is taught live with high-fidelity audio and a multi-camera setup. Between sessions, support by email, practice-video reviews and access to the private portal with recordings and materials are included.

If you cannot attend

If a student cannot attend a booked session, the owner uses that time to prepare a personalised video review based on their recent practice, available in the private portal. No refunds are given for no-shows.

Materials and recordings

Recordings, sheet music and materials provided are for the student's personal use and may not be redistributed or published without permission.

Liability and changes

The owner may update prices and terms, which will apply to new purchases; ongoing plans are honoured as agreed. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
